“Secure Chat” is now available within UCB retail online banking and found on the lower right hand corner of UCB’s website, ucbnd.bank. Click on Live Chat to communicate with UCB employees quickly and directly to answer any questions regarding your account.
In addition to Secire Chat, “Secure Mail” is now available for all UCB online banking customers. Take advantage of this feature to send secure attachments to UCB’s operations team from inside online banking. This is an excellent option for a customer that may need to send over a financial statement and would like to ensure the document’s security. The operations team will direct any necessary documents to the appropriate UCB employee.
